I've played this game for a very long time, just to give a idea of how long: in my most recent run in I'm beating the game using monk way and no healing itens. You can change the controls to your liking, to spend a bit of time changing it can make the playthrough less stressful. This game rewards those that explore, I'm not just say about reading details on a quest. For starting players hint: get fortitude lvl 1 ASAP, raw meat gives money, 300 accuracy is almost 100% hit, sword & shield is easy.
